How many mothers dream of traveling the world and taking home beautiful keepsakes such as jewelry, accessories, or a simple scarf/shawl? I know I personally would love to travel the world, but traveling can be just so expensive. With Ensemble Box, you can get amazing fashion accessories from all over the world mailed right to your front door step, without ever having to set foot on a plane!
Ensemble is a travel inspired subscription box that sends you a top quality scarf or shawl along with 2-3 accessories from the current month’s themed country. The boxes are shipped the first week of every month, so you can expect a pleasant surprise to start your month off right! Inside each box, there’s a cute themed postcard that tells you what country your box from and all the details about what is inside! A lot of subscription services feature this card but I really like how Ensemble makes it look like a colorful, detailed postcard! I may actually hang mine up on the wall!
For the box I received, the country theme was Switzerland! I have always dreamed of visiting Switzerland! Talk about a winter wonderland! Seriously, the postcard for Switzerland is too cute! I love the bright colors and snow capped mountains! But let’s talk about what’s inside the box! Inside this month’s Ensemble box was 4 items in total. A beautiful Infinity Scarf, a Braided Gold Ring, a Wide Black Acrylic Stone Stretch Bangle, and a yummy Lindt Lindor Truffle treat.
The fist item I pulled from the box is the Multicolor Infinity Knit Scarf. The scarf features a multicolor stripe pattern in a perfect coordination of colors. I personally look best in Autumn/Fall colors so I love this scarf! The different shades of brown, beige, red, and orange make this scarf perfect for Fall. And let me tell you, it is as soft as a baby’s bottom! The scarf measure 56″ x 12″ and is made of 100% acrylic. Normally, I don’t look good in infinity scarves but the color pattern makes this scarf ideal for me. The great thing about infinity scarves is how versatile they are. Sure they keep my neck warm but with a quick movement I can take the other half of the scarf and use it to over my ears and head. Great pick Ensemble!!
The next items are truly beautiful. The Braided Gold Ring, Wide Black Acrylic Stone Stretch Bangle, and Lindt Lindor truffle were really surprising. The bangle is a stretch bracelet with acrylic black stones that are plated in gold. The bracelet stretch quite a bit so it should fit any person, even people with abnormally tiny wrists like mine. The plating on the stones give the bangle extra dimension and the coloring of the bracelet allows it to pair easily with any outfit. It’s subtle enough to be worn with everyday clothes, yet fancy enough to be worn with your best evening wear!
The Braided Gold Ring is probably my favorite jewelry item in this month’s box. It’s a simple design that really stands out. It’s a multiwire gold ring that is one size fits all. It can be easily adjusted to fit any finger you’d like to wear it one without damaging the frame. The look of the gold plated brass makes it perfect for everyday wear. It’s simple yet elegant.
And last but certainly not least item in the Switzerland Ensemble box is the Lindy Lindor Truffle, which if you know is actually a Swiss treat! I love how they threw in a chocolaty treat in the box. They must really know their clientele.
My final thoughts on the Ensemble Box:
I really enjoyed this box. Everything from the postcard to the packaging was a true pleasure. I love, love, love the infinity scarf and can’t wait to wear it out. As someone who despises cold weather, I’m actually wishing for a few more cold days just so I can pair it was a cute top, some jeans, and a pair of brown boots. The jewelry is definitely top quality and actually pairs really well with the scarf. And the icing on the cake, actually I should say the chocolate in the box, is the Lindt Lindor Truffle. Just a perfectly sweet ending to a great subscription box!
I really recommend Ensemble if not for yourself then as a great gift to someone who loves travel and accessories. Maybe someone like your mother! Ensemble would make a great Mother’s Day Gift!
